Loss of follicular openings, perifollicular erythema, perifollicular hyperkeratosis and anisotriquia are the trichoscopic clues and follicular lichenoid inflammatory infiltrate the important finding in histopathology. It shares features of androgenetic alopecia and lichen planopilaris.
