Abstract

Erythema induratum of Bazin is a rare disease, characterized by the appearance of cutaneous erythema- tous nodules, sometimes painful with frequent evolution to ulceration. It is considered to be a hypersensitivity response to Mycobacterium tuberculosis. We describe an 83 years old female patient, with a 3 months history of erythematous subcutaneous nodules involving both legs and, at the same time, of right cervical enlarging nodes.
