Abstract

Linear IgA dermatosis, or chronic bullous disease of childhood, is an acquired subepidermic immunobullous disease. This case illustrates a peculiar form of presentation of an uncommon pathology of childhood and emphasizes the importance of dapsone in its treatment, especially in at a time when availability of this drug is limited.
