Resumo

Na gravidez existem alterações marcadas do metabolismo e da imunidade na mulher. Algumas destas alterações têm repercussões na pele. A maioria é tão comum e inócua que fazem parte do espectro fisiológico da gravidez. Por outro lado existem dermatoses que são específicas da gravidez e que devem ser reconhecidas pois podem ter implicações no prognóstico materno e fetal. Neste artigo faz-se uma revisão das alterações fisiológicas com repercussão cutânea e das dermatoses específicas da gravidez.
